Thank you for the 2017 Stocking Stuffer
Just when we think the Stocking Stuffer cannot get any better, everyone comes together to outdo yourselves again and again! Most sincere thanks to all who contributed to the 15th Annual Stocking Stuffer Antiques, Art and fine Craft Sale. It is, once again, the most successful one yet! From the planning and event efforts, the amazing array of treasures to buy, all the way to clean-up and even the weather, it couldn’t have gone more smoothly and we are very grateful.
Many thanks to our 2017 sponsors for their generous support:
Mimi Barash Coppersmith for her personal sponsorship of the Stocking Stuffer
David Horner & Associates, Inc. for corporate support of the 2017 Stocking Stuffer.
Mimi and Dave have been long-time members and supporters of CCHS and we cannot thank them enough for their advocacy.
Speaking of outdoing themselves, we thank floral designers Avant Garden, Daniel Vaughn Designs and Woodring’s Floral Gardens for their professional contribution of extraordinary holiday décor that will remain intact until Christmas. And many thanks to Tait Farm Trees for donations of lovely trees for inside and out.
We hope you will in turn thank our business donors for their beautiful contributions when you order your holiday arrangements or pick up your Christmas tree this season!
Enthusiastic cheers to the Centre Furnace Gardeners for leading volunteer efforts and donated supplies for the exterior decorating at the Mansion and to CCHS Docents for contributing supplies and time in creating items for sale.
Make plans to visit the Mansion before Christmas to take in this fragrant holiday showcase!
Special thanks to our gifted volunteer Stocking Stuffer Coordinators along with staff member Johanna Sedgwick who oversee details from sales and set-up to merchandising and vendor coordination to make the event go smoothly.
CCHS is grateful for business and individual donors, its loyal membership, fundraisers, and literally thousands of hours of critical volunteer time that are generously given each year.
The Stocking Stuffer Antiques, Art and Fine Craft Sale, Centre County Historical Society’s largest fundraiser, helps to fund CCHS programming and preservation of the Centre Furnace Mansion and the Boogersburg School historic sites. On behalf of the CCHS Board of Governors we extend our warm appreciation to all who have contributed to the 2017 Stocking Stuffer Antiques Art and Fine Craft Sale.
A Million Thanks. May your Holidays and New Year bring you peace and many joys!
